working on sharing some writing advice, inspiration and links. Check out the site map for those pages!

date for all versions of the book will be announced in the next day or so. The book now has a fan page, and
there's a handy link to the right of this page, for your clicking and liking pleasure!

Please take a look at the site and check out some of the awesome poems there! Thanks, Snakeskin!
Currently I'm writing two novels, both of which I will share some info on with you very soon!
Update June 23: Still looking for a publisher for Inanimate Objects, as well as submitting poetry to magazines
and contests. I've just written an essay/article and hope to submit it to a magazine and have even taken the
plunge and created a short piece that I'm quite proud of. Good news all around, now if writers' block can just
go away and let me start a new novel...
Update April 8, 2011: Added quite a few poems, so please take a moment to check them out. Some are poems
from a year or so ago that have just been waiting to be finished, some were fragments that finally fit together and
one of them is brand new. Enjoy! Also, I will be adding a photo page soon, as I have been taking a lot of pictures
in the last few years and would like to be able to share them.
Update March 26, 2011: Looking for representation for Inanimate Objects at the moment, while also distributing
copies of the book to those of you who would like to read it before it's published. The copies are beautifully
printed, 100% worthy of your personal library. Createspace truly makes a great product! Please snag a copy and
help support me while I seek an agent for the book. More info on that here.
If you've already read the book, please take the time to write a review. Not only will this help me to understand
what I can improve in my writing, but it will help other readers to get an idea of what they're in for! Submit your
review here.
The poetry page has been added to, check it out!
My mind is a whirring, colorful mix of the hope of spring, the fuzziness of winter, the mystery of the quickening of
the universe and a few incredible new friends. Stories are forming in pieces but seem to elude me in wholes. Three
characters have taken root though, two of them very much inspired by magical friends that I'm thankful for. You
may find me walking, talking to myself, humming with eyes closed, drinking in the world around me and all of the
sounds and feelings, because something big is coming, and I can't wait to share it with you...
Update January 18, 2011: Slow slow slow in updates but huge in content. I've finally finished Inanimate Objects. It
is a volatile little project, full of danger and glitter and all of the things that have tagged along in the almost three
year journey. The book is now awaiting representation. I've sent it to a lovely agent who I really like and would very
much love to work with. Besides IO news, I have some other exciting news. I'm now writing a music blog for
ipmnation.com. The link will be in the right side bar, so please take a look at that. It will be updated weekly for the
most part, or as the music muses see fit. My health is still a struggle but I hope to bring you loads of wonderful
surprises this year through writing and the internet. Thank you so much for sticking with me through all of this.
Update March 8, 2010: I know, I know, I fail at updates, but mostly that's been because of the incredible push
I've gone through with writing. I successfully finished NANOWRIMO with a very very rough draft of "Inanimate
Objects". It was a finished draft though, which was the most important thing. I took a short break and in January
began the second draft. The book has come a long way from the original idea and really only has a few common
threads with the version from two years ago but let me tell you this... it's better than ever. And I hope and pray to
have it finished by the end of this year.
Update October 23, 2009: Website building still in progress. Ha! Sorry it's taking so long. The good news is, writing
continues. Please check out the new poems on the poetry page and also keep an eye out soon for news on
Inanimate Objects. I'm reconstructing it in a fresh way... this novel is taking a long time, but so is the writing life.
I'm going to rewrite it by way of NANOWRIMO (try to write the whole thing in the month of November. Oh boy).
Update March 13, 2009: Lack of updates have been due to health issues... sorry! But I've finally just completely
uploaded the poetry section. There are now loads of poems for you to read and enjoy. In writing news, I'm very
very slowly plugging away at Inanimate Objects, while also working on a silly, fun project about a guy named
Connor who is running up against the usual suspects- unemployment, wacky artists, librarians and retail. More on
that soon!
Update December 14, 2008: Still working on the website. Please forgive my slowness with this... I have recently let
go of a huge project that took a lot of my time. Now hopefully I will be able to focus on the more important areas...
namely personal life and WRITING. Inanimate Objects has been coming along beautifully and very, very soon I will
post some of the brand new, revised, polished novel version of it. I promise... it'll be worth the wait. Thanks for
checking in.
